A not-for-profit counselling social enterprise serving diverse communities in several languages needed a site that felt safe to arrive at in a difficult moment — while still making fees, supervision credentials and the referral process findable for the professionals sending clients their way.
Our solution.
We used a soft peach and purple palette with generous line spacing and a serif headline so the page reads as calm rather than clinical. Fees and the Referral Form are both top-level menu items, so neither a worried individual nor a referring professional has to hunt. The About section sets out the BACP-registered, social-enterprise and multilingual credentials in plain language.
